Working Principle of Cone Crusher
Cone crusher is a compression crushing equipment, and its core working principle is as follows:
Crushing Mechanism:
The material is crushed by the extrusion between the moving cone (moving crushing part) and the fixed cone (fixed crushing part);
The final discharge particle size is controlled by the closed side setting (CSS), that is, the gap distance between the two crushing parts at the lowest point.
Dynamic Process:
The eccentric assembly rotates to drive the moving cone to move, forming a periodic compression force in the crushing chamber;
As the material moves downward, it is continuously squeezed and crushed as the crushing chamber space gradually narrows;
The material that meets the particle size requirements is finally discharged through the bottom of the crushing chamber.
