INTRODUCTION
Jaw plates are the primary wear parts in any jaw crusher, directly impacting crushing efficiency and operational costs. We supply precisely engineered movable and fixed jaw plates manufactured from high-grade manganese steel (Mn13% to Mn22%), tailored to meet diverse crushing requirements.
Through specialized heat treatment, our jaw plates achieve superior wear resistance and durability, delivering a service life at least 10% longer than conventional high-manganese steel alternatives. Proven across various applications—including granite, basalt, iron ore, and river pebbles—our jaw plates help significantly reduce maintenance downtime and operating costs, supporting higher overall profitability for your operation.

ROBUST HIGH-MANGANESE STEEL JAW PLATES
Our jaw plates are offered in both flat and corrugated surface designs to suit various crushing applications. Manufactured from premium high-manganese steel—also known as Hadfield steel—these plates combine exceptional toughness with high ductility. Thanks to their austenitic structure, they feature a unique work-hardening property, which means the surface becomes increasingly hard under repeated impact, enhancing wear resistance over time.
We provide multiple material grades to match different operational needs, including Mn13, Mn18, and Mn22, with optional chromium content of 2%–3% for improved performance. Each grade is engineered to deliver reliable service under tough conditions, balancing impact absorption and longevity.
Refer to the table below for detailed equipment compatibility and performance specifications of our high-manganese jaw plate series.
