Hunan Shaofeng New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is located in Shaodong Xianchaqiao Hardware Industrial Park, Shaoyang City, the hometown of Hunan foundry, covering an area of 60 acres, with a construction area of 50,000 square meters and a photovoltaic power generation system of 40,000 square meters. There are more than 200 employees, including 12 engineers; 3 senior engineers: more than 30 professional and technical personnel. At present, the company's main products are: high manganese steel parts, ultra-high manganese steel, high manganese steel inlaid wear-resistant alloy products, carbon steel parts and construction machinery accessories, with an annual output of more than 15,000 tons of castings. It has three independent products: heavy-duty reducer, wear-resistant new material development and hardware casting, which have won many honors and commendations and become a famous trademark in Hunan Province.

The company has the first modified water glass sand automatic production line in central and southern China, in order to ensure product quality stability, invest more than 5 million yuan to build a domestic advanced heat treatment line, the company has 2 spectrometers imported from Germany, 2 sets of metallographic microscopes, 2 sets of hardness testing equipment and metal material testing laboratory, in order to ensure the mass production of high-grade castings provides sufficient equipment guarantee. On this basis, the company actively establishes long-term and stable cooperative relations with scientific research institutes such as "Central South University" and "Dalian University of Technology", and hires a number of senior industry experts and professors for technical guidance. Now we have successfully developed a new process for the production of high manganese steel, which has effectively improved the service life of the product. The detection process of metallographic mechanical properties has been significantly improved. In 1993
The company had only a dozen members and started to engage in reducer business and supply supporting products to Guizhou Aluminum Plant.
In 2003
The company was renamed "Shaodong County Shaofeng Reducer Co., Ltd." It was relocated to Huochangping Town, Shaodong County, and added production projects such as cast steel, cast iron, and gear blanks.
In 2006
Supplying casting blanks to external parties, and producing and supplying supporting products to large manufacturing companies such as Shanhe Intelligent, Hengtian Jiuwu, and Tianyi Machinery.
In 2011
Sales exceeded 40 million, production scale expanded, reducer R&D upgraded, from ZQ250 to ZQ2500, and independently developed and produced high manganese steel parts, cone crushing wall and other products.
In 2015
2015 - Further expanded the production scale, established "Hunan Shaofeng Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd." and purchased 30 acres of land in Yuhua District, Changsha City as the headquarters base.
In 2018
The company was renamed "Hunan Shaofeng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd." and plans to invest 180 million yuan to purchase 60 acres of land in Xianchaqiao Town, Shaodong City and start building a production plant.
In 2020
The new plant in Xianchaqiao was completed and put into production, and an investment of nearly 20 million yuan was made to build Hunan Province's first new ester-hardened water glass production line and a special production line for casting heat treatment.
