INTRODUCTION
The ZQ series reducers are heavy-duty reducers developed and produced by Shaofeng New Materials Co., Ltd. based on the latest market trends. Components utilize cutting-edge technology, with housings constructed of cast iron and high-strength steel castings. They offer high strength, fatigue resistance, wear resistance, high power, and large sizes. They are widely used in industries such as metallurgy, mining and cement production, construction, gold panning, and sand dredging. Applicable conditions are as follows:
1. The circumferential speed of the reducer gear transmission shall not exceed 4 m/s.
2. The speed of the high-speed shaft shall not exceed 1400 rpm.
3. The reducer can be used in both forward and reverse directions.
4. The operating temperature is between -40°C and +40°C.
5. The reducer is available in nine gear ratios and nine assembly types.
