The lip of the gold mining dredger is the key part of the front end of the bucket. It is generally made of high hardness and high wear-resistant materials, such as hard alloy or special alloy steel. The lip is designed to be sharp, which is convenient for cutting into the sand layer and ore layer to improve the excavation efficiency. At the same time, it can withstand greater impact and friction, maintain good performance in long-term excavation operations, reduce wear and deformation, and extend the service life of the bucket.
This product is cast from high manganese steel and is designed for high-intensity gold mining operations. The initial hardness of the lip working surface reaches HB210, and it can be quickly hardened to above HB500 under the impact of sand and gravel, and its wear resistance is 1-3 times higher than that of ordinary steel. The product supports a modular quick-change system, which can be replaced on site within 15 minutes, greatly reducing downtime. It has achieved excellent performance of continuous operation for 18 months without structural damage on large African gold mining ships.
