How Mantle CH420 works：

When the cone crusher is working, the electric motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the transmission device, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the pressure of the eccentric sleeve. In this process, the distance between the crushing wall and the rolling Mantle CH420 bowl wall (fixed cone lining plate) is sometimes close and sometimes far away. After the material enters the annular crushing chamber composed of them, it is gradually crushed by continuous forces such as compression, impact, and bending. As the lining plate of the moving cone, the crushing wall directly contacts the material and applies crushing force, playing a key role in the entire crushing process. The wear of its surface directly affects the crushing effect and the particle size distribution of the material.
