Overview

The fixed jaw plates we produce are made of high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron or low alloy steel according to the design, heated to a molten state in a furnace (e.g. high manganese steel needs to be heated to 1450-1500℃), and the composition is adjusted to ensure purity.Processing is carried out according to the material properties. For example, high manganese steel requires "water toughening treatment" (water quenching after heating at 1050-1100℃), high chromium cast iron requires "quenching + tempering", and low alloy steel is often subjected to "quenching and tempering treatment" to improve hardness, toughness and other properties.We will perform turning, milling and other processing on the blank to correct dimensional errors and ensure that the mounting hole position, work surface flatness and other aspects meet assembly requirements. In some scenarios, we will also add surface strengthening steps (such as surfacing wear-resistant layer) to further improve wear resistance.
