This product is made of ZGMn13 high manganese steel, specially designed for high impact and high wear conditions of dredgers, with excellent work hardening characteristics. The surface hardness can be increased to above HB500 under continuous load, and the wear resistance is far superior to ordinary steel castings. It supports fast disassembly and maintenance, greatly reducing equipment downtime, and is particularly suitable for heavy-load continuous operation scenarios such as chain bucket dredgers. It has achieved reliable performance of 8,000 hours without major repairs in actual applications in the gold mining areas of Southeast Asia.
