The concave of the crusher produced by our factory is mostly made of high manganese steel (such as Mn13) or manganese chromium alloy (such as Mn13Cr2), which utilizes the surface hardening characteristics of the material after impact to improve wear resistance while maintaining the toughness of the matrix to prevent fracture. Under some working conditions, composite materials will be used to embed hard alloy particles in the wear area to enhance wear resistance.
